Social Work
It can sometimes be overwhelming dealing with the circumstances of life. Sometimes challenges can be so high that it’s hard to see ahead to better days. But you don’t have to do this alone. Research supports this belief that those who have a network of support recover better from mental health struggles than those trying to do it alone. And YOU are now taking the first step at expanding your support network by looking for some professional support. Using evidence-based counselling approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), let's work together towards rising hope and tomorrows that are better than today.
